Q4/BSP launched Talent Matrix in January 2004. Talent Matrix is a technology that uses Internet delivery for multimedia based short-lists. This technology brings a methodology to client’s that ensures rigour and objectivity to hiring decisions. It has enabled us to build a common bridge of understanding between HR and the senior management team in terms of our client relationships.
We have used Talent Matrix to differentiate our position and shorten the client acquisition cycle. Talent Matrix has also added to client retention through bringing an added value that our competition can’t.
Of course, our reputation has been built on flawless delivery, but having a tool that creates excitement with potential clients opens the door to more of those “first searches”.
